About these terms

These Terms govern your use of KUNI (the “Service”) operated by KUNI Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Final language to be drafted by counsel.

What KUNI does

KUNI provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages on behalf of customer businesses. KUNI may also collect payments from your callers via your own Stripe account (you bring your own Stripe; KUNI does not custody funds).

Customer responsibility for caller data

SMS / text messaging program

Businesses using KUNI may send you SMS text messages after you opt in — verbally to the AI receptionist during a call, or via a web-form checkbox. Messages may include reservation and appointment confirmations and reminders, return-call notifications, secure payment links, driving directions, and replies to your messages.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
  • We do not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
